Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries via voice calls, providing resolutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from US-based customers.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
• Ensure excellent customer experience with every interaction.
• Meet performance targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in the system accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US shifts).
• Fresher or 1+ year of experience in voice/BPO/Customer Support.

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Night Shift Allowance.
• Experienced (1+ year): Up to ₹35,000 CTC + Incentives + Night Shift Allowance.
