Process Consultant

The Infosys Quality Team plays a crucial role as a strategic partner to all business units and enabling functions in achieving excellence in business delivery and enhancing client experience. As change agents, we establish benchmarking practices, share them across project units, develop new models of excellence, and ensure their institutionalization throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying opportunities to implement best process practices and tools in projects - Discovering ways to optimize costs and minimize wastage across projects - Adopting and executing the latest Agile project methodologies - Planning and implementing strategies to de-risk projects and ensure smooth delivery - Soliciting and analyzing client feedback to ensure expectations are met - Analyzing data to derive insights, patterns, and make data-driven decisions - Coaching teams to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis Technical Requirements: - Profound knowledge of CMMI, ISO, ITIL, and other relevant standards - Familiarity with Agile methodology and associated ALM tools - Understanding of Lean concepts - Ability to interpret data analysis patterns, conduct basic statistical tests, and make comparisons - Effective communication with stakeholders - Skill in persuading stakeholders and navigating change effectively Preferred Skills: - ITIL Service Management - CMMi for Development process area definitions - ISO 27001 Quality models and improvement frameworks - ISO 27001 Audit in Infrastructure-Information Security Management Domain.,
