Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal process audits for delivery teams, support functions, and vendor processes.
• Monitor adherence to QMS / ISMS / CMMI standards and organizational process frameworks.
• Identify non-conformities, improvement gaps, and recommend corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Create, maintain, and update process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and checklists.
• Coordinate and support external audits (Client, Certification, Surveillance).
• Perform metrics collection, analysis, and reporting through dashboards and reviews.
• Facilitate process trainings and awareness sessions across teams.
• Participate in process tailoring discussions for project-specific needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support in risk management, compliance tracking, and process maturity enhancements.

Required Skillset

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Management.

• 58 years of experience in QA, Process Audit, or SEPG / Business Excellence roles.

• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and (preferably) CMMI frameworks.

• Strong auditing skills — preferably ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor Certified.

• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to drive discussions and influence teams without authority.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in the business development and marketing field, keeping up with new trends and tools.
