Job Description

Looking for a skilled Process Coach to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in coding and process coaching, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Design and deliver workshops and seminars on various topics related to coding and process coaching.
Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their goals.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of coding principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process coaching and training.
