PROCESS COACH - CODING

We are looking for a skilled Process Coach to join our team in Bangalore, with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding and process coaching.

• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance coding skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Design and deliver workshops and seminars on coding best practices and industry trends.
• Provide individualized coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

• Strong knowledge of coding principles and practices, including medical coding standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
