PROCESS COACH - CODING

Job Description: As a Process Coach - Coding at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited in Chennai-I, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality requirements are met from both process perspective and targets. Your responsibilities will include effectively training new joiners on Medical Coding concepts following the guidelines, monitoring trainees" productivity and quality output per OJT glide path/ramp up targets, providing structured feedback, educating on client specs and guidelines, updating on the latest coding aspects, conducting one-on-one sessions on repeated errors, passing on QC feedback to trainees, and assisting Team Leads in early confirmation of trainees by sharing valuable inputs. Job Specification: To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of professional and relevant experience in Medical Coding with a specialty in Surgery. You should have extensive coaching and training experience as per the defined process, a variant training and coaching strategy, and hold a Coding Certification like CPC, CCS, COC, AHIMA. Any graduate is eligible for this position.
