Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Coach to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in coding, with excellent communication and coaching skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance coding skills and knowledge.
Provide individualized coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancement.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in coding and healthcare management services.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of coding principles and practices, with expertise in healthcare management services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
