Process Change and Governance

As an Assistant Vice President in this role, you will be responsible for managing operations within a business area, maintaining processes, implementing risk management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulators. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identification of trends and opportunities for improvement by monitoring and analyzing operational data and performance metrics. - Managing operations for a business area, promoting efficient processes, risk management, and compliance initiatives to support the bank's operations. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align business operations with the bank's objectives and SLAs. - Providing guidance, coaching, and support to operational professionals to enhance delivery quality. - Developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operation functions and utilizing data and technology for continuous improvement. - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience. - Creating a safe environment for colleagues to provide feedback and actively encouraging a focus on the right areas. - Managing attrition by implementing retention initiatives for the workforce.
