Process Automation Specialist

As a Process Automation Engineer at CavinKare Private Limited, your role will involve driving automation initiatives to ensure the company is future-ready for Industry 4.0. This will include completing process mapping of identified Lines and Zones, executing process automation, productivity improvement, and material handling projects, as well as implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. You will also be responsible for releasing digital process standards as per the plan. Your key responsibilities will include: - Complete process mapping of identified Lines and Zones - Execute identified process automation projects - Execute identified productivity improvement projects - Execute identified material handling improvement projects - Execute identified RPA initiatives - Release digital process standards as per plan Additionally, you will be involved in team capability building to strengthen the MED team structure. This will involve developing identified competencies and either developing or outsourcing identified expertise. You will also be responsible for developing expertise in technical negotiation to achieve stakeholder satisfaction (Customer/Peers/Vendors) and upgrading knowledge and skills through IIY (Information, Ideas, and You) initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving automation initiatives to ensure the company's readiness for Industry 4.0.
