Process Associate- Voice (Night shift)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Process Associate-Voice role located in Ahmedabad. The Process Associate will be responsible for handling voice-based customer interactions, processing data efficiently, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the finance and billing team to support business process outsourcing (BPO) activities during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Finance-related knowledge and experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Analytical skills for efficient data processing and resolution of customer issues
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts
• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant certification in BPO or finance
