Job Description

Role Overview: As a Process Associate for Underwriting / Broker Technical Support Specialist at Genpact, your role will involve processing transactions for the Underwriting / Broker Support Teams with expected accuracy and within specified timelines. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Transaction processing for Broker support team (Wholesale ops) - Monitoring and attending to requests via service platforms in a timely manner - Providing good customer service and articulating resolutions clearly - Balancing dynamic workloads to meet targets and deadlines - Maintaining an accurate repository of records for ensuring client deliverables are produced according to guidelines - Providing operational support with multiple activities for client service teams - Performing necessary activities to support broking teams such as initiating renewals, preparing marketing proposals, processing endorsements, and Policy Checking requests Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Understanding of Basics of Insurance (if experienced) - Demonstrated customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) - Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multitask Preferred Qualifications and Experience: - Experience in Broker (US P&C insurance) would be an asset - Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member or independently with minimum supervision - Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure (Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted for brevity.),
