Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Process Associate. The Process Associate will handle day-to-day tasks including patient demographic entry, claims submission, accounts receivable collections, denial management, and insurance follow-ups. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical billing and collections, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
