Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate located in Kolkata at Sunknowledge Services Inc. The Process Associate will be responsible for patient demographic entry, medical coding, eligibility verification, prior authorization, claims submission, denial management, accounts receivable collections, and payment posting & customer service on a day-to-day basis.
