Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound calls with international clients, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers.
• Provide accurate solutions and support to customer queries.
• Ensure first call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain records in the system.
• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated issues.

• Ability to work in night shifts (US process).

• Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.
• Freshers or candidates with prior BPO/voice process experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
