Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending/outstanding payments via calls, visits, or emails. Visit clients/vendors in person for payment collection as required. Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, collections, and customer commitments. Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections and outstanding balances. Escalate delinquent accounts to management for further action. Maintain a professional and respectful approach while handling clients. Ensure all collections are documented and deposited as per company procedures.
