Job Description

Collections Officers are responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. This role requires excellent negotiating skills along with good written and verbal communication abilities. As a Collections Officer, you will be in charge of contacting customers and informing them about their overdue bills. Additionally, there is an incentive of Rs.1000 for every one lakh collected. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift and morning shift.
