Job Description

Responsibilities AsProcessAnalyst– Procure to Pay (P2P), youare responsible forInvoice processing, Vendor master management, Query resolution, Indexing, and Invoice reconciliation. You should be flexible to work in shifts. Your primary responsibilities include:? RecordingandmaintainingPO and Non-POInvoicesand handlingboth manual and automatic payment requests. Involved in end-to-end VendorMaster activities like creation, changes, verification, cleansing, andidentifyingduplicate records. Collaborate with stakeholders for coding and approvals, address blocked invoice issues, and ensuretimelyposting in accounting software for payments and expenses. Handle the processing of travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payment issues, recover funds, and execute payment proposals. Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet thespecifiedtimelines. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Commercegraduate with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Experience in Invoice and Vendor management along with Resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation. Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.? Preferred technical and professional experience Proficient in MS Office applicationsand any ERP software asanend-user. Self-directed and ambitious achiever. Meeting targets effectively.? Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to changemanagement,showcasingstrong interpersonal teamwork.?
