Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PRO Associate (Arabic) to join our team and support the management and activation of government portals in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing official communications with government ministries, handling official document processes, and ensuring smooth execution of government-related activities in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the activation and ongoing management of government portals related to company operations in KSA.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government ministries and regulatory bodies. Resolve work-related issues, obtain necessary clarifications, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track the progress of tasks, follow up on pending work, and ensure timely execution of all government-related processes.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding government processes, gather required information, and address any queries they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of government-related tasks and internal processes, including updates in departmental trackers.
  • Follow up with both government agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure pending items are resolved within required timeframes.
  • Support internal departments with the handling of official documents, renewals, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Take on additional tasks as required by your reporting manager, depending on business requirements or operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic (Reading, Writing, Translation) is essential.
  • Proven experience in PRO-related roles or government relations, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of government processes, regulations, and portals in KSA.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both government authorities and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, with the ability to follow up on pending items and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of government systems and platforms (e.g., Absher, Muqeem, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with KSA's labor laws, visa, and permit processes.
