We are looking for a high-ownership Projects & Operations Lead to work closely with our Co-Founder (COO) and take charge of centre launches, project execution, and operational excellence across our workspaces.

If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the co-working business model, and loves building processes that scale — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own:

🔹 End-to-end launch of new centres (design → build → execution → handover)

🔹 Vendor, contractor & procurement management

🔹 Daily operations across centres

🔹 SOP creation, audits, quality checks & service standards

🔹 Client onboarding/offboarding & issue resolution

🔹 Cross-functional coordination (facilities, finance, CX, founders)

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3–7 years of experience in co-working / managed office / real estate operations

✔ Strong project execution and operations background

✔ Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to work directly with founders and drive outcomes independently
