As a Home Tutor at Study Point Delhi, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized learning support to students from Nursery to XII. Your primary focus will be to deliver tailored and engaging lessons based on the student's grade, board (CBSE/ICSE/State), and subject. You will need to adapt your teaching methodologies to match each student's learning pace and assign practice assignments and tests to monitor and report progress effectively. Maintaining punctuality, professionalism, and a student-centric approach is key to ensuring a conducive learning environment. Subjects covered will vary based on the student's academic level, ranging from Nursery/Primary to Senior Secondary. You will be expected to cover a wide range of subjects including Maths, Science, English, Social Studies, Hindi, Computers, Languages, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and more. Therefore, a strong educational background with a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject area is required. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years of tutoring or teaching experience with proven results. Additionally, candidates with a B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent diploma will be preferred. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary, and familiarity with online tools for conducting sessions is considered a plus. In terms of compensation, the hourly rate for this position ranges from 600 to 1,300 based on recent postings for similar roles.
