Job Description

As a Private Equity Advisor at Planify Capital, a fast-growing fintech firm specializing in unlisted shares, pre-IPO investments, and alternative investment products, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and advising clients on private equity investment opportunities. You will collaborate with HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors to structure deals, manage portfolios, and support capital deployment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on private equity investment opportunities tailored to their financial goals, risk appetite, and portfolio strategies. - Analyze private equity deals, conduct due diligence, assess business models, financials, and exit strategies. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, fund managers, and ecosystem partners. - Monitor investment performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates and recommendations to clients. - Identify and secure high-potential private equity deals and funds through various networks, platforms, and partnerships. - Stay informed about industry trends, sectoral performance, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors influencing private equity markets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA/MBA preferred. - Demonstrated experience (3-6 years) in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory. - In-depth knowledge of private markets, valuation techniques, and financial modeling. - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. - Capability to manage high-value clients with integrity and discretion. Recommended Certifications (Preferred But Not Mandatory): - NISM Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification - NISM Series XIX-C: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification - NISM Series XIX-B: Alternative Investment Funds (Category III) Distributors Certification - Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Designation - CFA All Levels Cleared Preferred Skills: - Established network within the investor and startup/fund ecosystem. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and financial databases.
