The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals for the family, with a focus on health, taste, and variety. The position requires someone with a deep understanding of culinary arts, dietary requirements, and the ability to cater to refined and diverse palates. Responsibilities This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Private Chef. The Private Chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals, planning menus, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and ensuring the dietary preferences and restrictions of clients are met. The Private Chef will also manage kitchen staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure the overall smooth operation of the kitchen. Additional duties include creating exquisite culinary experiences for special events and overseeing the presentation and plating of dishes. Qualifications Culinary skills: Expertise in various cuisines, menu planning, and sourcing high-quality ingredients. Experience in kitchen management: Managing kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Attention to detail: Ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are met and creating exquisite culinary experiences. Strong organizational skills: Overseeing the overall smooth operation of the kitchen, including presentation and plating of dishes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications. Prior experience in a high-end residential or hospitality setting is a plus.
