Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for 

  private jet, helicopter, and group charters

  .
• Build strong relationships with 

  HNIs, corporates, travel houses, and concierge networks

  .
• Manage end-to-end charter process: client inquiry → aircraft selection → negotiation → booking.
• Coordinate with operators, FBOs, and global partners for smooth client experience.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
• Hit monthly targets (minimum 3–4 charter closures).
• Represent Renate Charters at 

  networking events, luxury forums, and industry expos

  .

Requirements

• Experience in 

  luxury sales, HNI relationship management, travel/aviation/hospitality sales

   preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills in English + Hindi (regional language an added plus).
• High personal grooming and presentation standards.
• Confidence in engaging and negotiating with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for 

  closing high-ticket deals

• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, as client demands often come on short notice.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Stipend:

   ₹25,000/month.

• Bonus Commissions:

   30% of net firm profit per charter (avg ₹75,000+ per deal).

• Performance Bonuses:

   Performance-based bonuses for exceeding monthly targets.
