Job Description

Role Overview: As a Principal Travel Specialist at Show Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of high touch travel logistics for key entertainment and media organizations. Your role will involve working with various stakeholders, offline and online bookings, and immersing yourself in their culture. You will be in charge of planning, negotiating, quoting, booking, and invoicing various travel services in a self-sufficient capacity, ensuring VIP service standards are met and financial losses are mitigated. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of high touch travel logistics for key entertainment and media organizations - Work with stakeholders such as Travel Managers, Travel Arrangers, Suppliers, and Travellers - Plan, negotiate, quote, book, and invoice RPT air and charters, accommodation, vehicles, excess baggage, equipment & ancillaries, meet & greet, group travel, artists rider, and other services - Service large & complex premier organizations, high-profile & public-profile travelers, C-suite, executives, artist/talent, frequent travelers, and others across FIT & Groups - Act as a mentor to guide, train, and share knowledge with other staff - Align closely with HoV and potentially act in a 2IC capacity - Be available beyond regular office hours in extenuating circumstances to ensure account success - Embrace and demonstrate the company values of Connect, Deliver & Evolve Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years experience in domestic & international travel, preferably in large complex organizations, at scale entertainment, production, sport, groups, MICE, or other logistic project travel - Experience managing large complex corporations simultaneously - Experience with C-Suite, A-List, Board Directors, Executive Producers, Celebrities, and other senior level executive travel - Fluent GDS knowledge, preferably Sabre - International Fares & Ticketing I & II certification - Strong organization and time management skills with exceptional customer service delivery - Enthusiastic team player with a passion for participating in a great team culture Additional Company Details: CTM offers a strong, established, and sustainable work environment that supports career development and wellbeing.
