The Associate will be responsible for supporting Trade Compliance, including Trade Surveillance, Market Abuse Monitoring, Broker-Dealer Compliance, and system-testing activities. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, regulatory understanding, and hands-on experience with surveillance systems such as Actimize or FIS Global.
Post Trade Compliance
- 2–4 years of experience in Trade Surveillance, Market Abuse Monitoring, or Broker-Dealer Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Actimize Trade Surveillance or FIS Global
- Practical experience in testing surveillance systems of Actimize of FIS Global
- Good understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, or FX trading environments.
- Ability to identify unusual or suspicious trading patterns and escalate appropriately.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Technology
Mandatory Skills:
- Relevant experience of minimum 24 months to Maximum 48 Months in a captive unit / Consultancy / end user organization would be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience of using MS Office suite of products, namely Excel, PowerPoint, Word would be an added advantage.
- Strong Analytical and Quantitative analysis skill.
- Ability to manage time and multi-task.
- Attention to detail, systematic working.
- Enjoy work containing high volumes of numerical data.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Good English oral & written communication skills

Responsibilities
An experienced transaction processing professional who is responsible for processing multiple complex transactions in external customer applications with no supervision and as per time, quality and productivity SLAs defined by the external customer. Trains other team members and identifies and implements process improvements. Reviews the work of other team members and provides level 1 process support to the team. Operates independently to complete multiple complex transactions in customer applications with no supervision. Demonstrates expertise to deliver process related solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Collaborates with project team and customer on work transitions and process improvements. Utilizes analytical skills at an advance level to interpret complex data/ instructions for multiple sub-processes. Provides domain knowledge, level 1 process support and training in the process/ project. Reviews the work of other team members. Calibrates with customer trainers, experts and within the internal team on process steps and standards. Tracks process changes and disseminates process updates to the team.
