Job Description

Lead Engineering Execution: Manage the overall execution of the SaaS product roadmap, including both applications and platform. Ensure that development teams meet deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to drive alignment on strategic goals, prioritize initiatives, and maintain clear communication across geographically dispersed teams.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering function, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability of the SaaS product portfolio.
Program Governance: Develop and implement program management processes and frameworks that drive continuous improvement and ensure the on-time delivery of projects while maintaining high quality.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering managers and teams. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes learning, growth, and the sharing of knowledge.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to program success, including resource constraints, technical challenges, and project delays.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report on the health of programs, key milestones, and potential roadblocks to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
