Job Description

As a Principal Service/Product Offer Management Specialist at NTT DATA, your role revolves around managing the lifecycle of a product or service, crafting technical solutions, and ensuring client requirements are met. You will be responsible for promoting and positioning the company's products and services in the market, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with various technical roles to ensure crafted solutions meet client requirements. - Achieve set product sales targets to meet financial goals. - Design, develop, and deliver product training to client-facing staff. - Provide guidance to the Sales team to close deals effectively. - Analyze product data to establish trends and insights. - Research competitor offerings and market trends for data-driven decision-making. - Evaluate pricing strategies in line with market trends and competitor offerings. - Facilitate the development of new products and services. - Participate in the product development life cycle to understand impacts on end users. To excel in this role, you need to: - Possess extended knowledge of market segments, product lifecycles, and technology solutions. - Demonstrate financial awareness and commercial acumen. - Have strategic thinking skills and excellent communication abilities. - Display critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills. - Understand the organization's transformation efforts and related technologies. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial. Required Experience: - Extended experience in a similar position within a global technology services organization. - Track record of managing the implementation of new products or product lines in the technology industry.
