Principal Solution Consultant

Role Overview: You will be the Principal Solution Consultant for the business solutions division at GoldenLion. Your main responsibility will be to help customers implement business process automation solutions to enhance process efficiency. This will involve implementing various solutions such as salesforce automation, marketing automation, helpdesk, HR applications, finance suite of applications, and custom apps. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in discovery calls with the customer success team - Assist in qualifying opportunities with the customer success team - Prepare solution plans tailored to meet the needs of customers - Conduct personalized solution demonstrations - Collaborate with the customer success team to estimate work effort in proposals and convert prospects into customers - Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure successful project completion - Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop creative strategies for client attraction and retention Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Previous experience as a business solution consultant in ERP or CRM systems - Extensive experience in distribution, manufacturing, and professional services domains,
