This division specializes in empowering customers through business process automation solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency. Our offerings include the implementation of industry-specific CRM solutions built on the Zoho platform, along with other tailored process automation solutions. You should have 3-7 years of experience as a CRM Business Development Consultant, with proven success in converting prospects into customers. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are required, and prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly desirable. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective customers to understand their business processes and requirements, developing tailored solution plans to address customer needs, delivering personalized presentations showcasing the proposed solution, estimating work efforts and drafting detailed proposals, addressing customer questions and objections to successfully convert prospects into customers, collaborating with the delivery team to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time, and partnering with the marketing team to devise innovative strategies for attracting and retaining clients.,
