Principal Recruiter

As a Principal Recruiter at ADP, your main responsibilities will include attracting top talent, engaging in innovative candidate search methods, collaborating with hiring managers and account teams, and assessing candidate fit and requisition status. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor by promoting selected candidates to client hiring managers and providing guidance to top-level candidates regarding culture fit, knowledge gaps, and value proposition. You will also be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data to enhance the hiring process, develop process improvements, implement solutions, and share best practices with team members and client partners. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate, RPO, or agency recruitment environments. Experience in recruiting for Executive Level positions, such as Directors, CTOs, and CFOs, is essential. A positive self-starter attitude, strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively are key attributes for success. Client-focus, service orientation, industry expertise, and the ability to work independently on projects are also crucial for this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include additional experience in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Project/Program Management, or Account Management. Proficiency in Internet skills, including Boolean search expertise and AIRs search techniques, is advantageous. Possessing certifications such as AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) would be beneficial. Other professional certifications like PMP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are also highly regarded.
