In this role with Uplers, you will be leading the 360-degree recruitment for Product Companies. As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will independently run a business unit and partner closely with Executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include: - Acting as a Trusted Advisor to senior hiring leaders to find and hire top talent in various Engineering roles across India. - Leading and implementing projects like Employer Branding and Quality of Hire to uplift team performance. As a recruiter at Uplers, you will need to have the following skills and qualities: - Experience in Technical/Engineering hiring with a focus on closing high-quality talent. - Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects independently. - Deep understanding of engineering principles and technologies, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Your day-to-day activities will involve: - Building and implementing comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with strategic objectives. - Independently handling an Engineering business unit as the primary point of contact for recruiting activities. - Leading complex recruiting projects from start to finish and continuously improving recruiting processes.
