End-to-End Recruitment Manage recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination. Provide personalized support to clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process. Client Relationship Management Partner closely with onshore managers to understand their specific hiring needs, operational challenges, and workforce goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends, workforce availability, and compliance requirements. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to UK employment laws and regulations, including right-to-work checks and health and safety standards. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with the recruitment challenges specific to the UK blue-collar market, including regional labor trends. Understanding of manufacturing processes and the skill sets required for various roles within the sector.
