In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the placement of skilled and reliable candidates in roles within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, sourcing top talent, and contributing to the success of their operations. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing and Engagement Leverage job boards, ATS, social media, and local networks to attract blue-collar talent, including machine operators, assemblers, technicians, and general labor. Conduct thorough pre-screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. End-to-End Recruitment Manage recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination. Provide personalized support to clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process. Client Relationship Management Partner closely with onshore managers to understand their specific hiring needs, operational challenges, and workforce goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends, workforce availability, and compliance requirements. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to UK employment laws and regulations, including right-to-work checks and health and safety standards. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, communications, and placements. Market Insights and Strategy Stay updated on the blue-collar and manufacturing industry trends, labor market dynamics, and recruitment best practices. Provide strategic advice to clients on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Candidate Profile Experience and Skills 1-3 years of proven experience in blue-collar recruitment. Track record of successful placements in roles such as machine operators, warehouse staff, assemblers, and technicians. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with the recruitment challenges specific to the UK blue-collar market, including regional labor trends. Understanding of manufacturing processes and the skill sets required for various roles within the sector. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing client requirements and market conditions.
