Key Responsibilities Ensure implementation of NEP-aligned curriculum with a focus on integrated academics and competitive preparation. Promote inquiry-based learning, innovation, and excellence in teaching. Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, compliance, and school infrastructure. Coordinate with Physics Wallah’s central academic and operations teams. Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of teachers. Foster a culture of continuous professional development. Oversee academic, co-curricular, and character-building initiatives. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students. Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local community. Maintain transparency through regular communication and feedback mechanisms Eligibility Criteria Qualifications: Master’s Degree (preferably in Education/Science/Mathematics/English). B.Ed. or equivalent degree is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in the education sector with at least 7–10 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities Passion for academic innovation and student-centric learning Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum and NEP guidelines Tech-savvy and adaptable to modern school management systems Show more Show less
