Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in academic leadership

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead the academic and administrative functions of the school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping a positive school culture, ensuring high standards of academic excellence, and building strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day school operations and administration
• Lead curriculum planning, teacher development, and student performance tracking
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment
• Collaborate with management on school growth, admissions, and outreach
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and accreditation standards
• Build and mentor a motivated academic and non-academic team
• Manage parent communication and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in teaching and school leadership
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in handling CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum is an advantage
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of school ERP systems and digital learning tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
