Principal Program Manager

As a part of our global team, you will be responsible for project management, driving process frameworks, and ensuring quality deliverables. Here is what you can expect in this position: **Role Overview:** You will be owning project schedules, tracking execution with the engineering team, monitoring project milestones, deliveries, and risk mitigation, working with team leads to refine work breakdown structure (WBS), and driving internal signoff with engineering. Additionally, you will define and drive process frameworks for efficient execution and quality deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own project schedules and execution tracking with the engineering team - Track project milestones, deliveries & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team - Refine WBS with team leads and incorporate into the execution schedule - Drive internal signoff with engineering - Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors" or Masters" Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering with 5 or more years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or electronics product company - Technical understanding of IP, ASIC/SoC flows, familiarity with IP development processes and product life cycle - Customer and program management skills, knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Confluence - Additional skills like experience in stage gate process, development and engineering role in Die to Die connectivity, Memory controller and Phy IP development, vendor negotiations, PMP certification will be considered an asset As part of Alphawave Semi's commitment to employee well-being, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation, RSUs, opportunities for advanced education, medical insurance, wellness benefits, educational assistance, advance loan assistance, and office lunch & snacks facility.
