Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of Providence, you will be part of a leading not-for-profit healthcare system dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate healthcare for all. Key Responsibilities: - Planning & Initiation: - Define project scope and goals in alignment with business objectives - Identify stakeholders and establish communication plans - Facilitate release planning and roadmap creation - Team Coordination & Facilitation: - Set up Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives - Act as a Scrum Master in projects - Ensure cross-functional collaboration among development, QA, design, and business teams - Address impediments hindering team progress - Execution and Monitoring: - Track sprint progress using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps - Manage risks and dependencies across teams and projects - Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and releases - Continuous Improvements: - Conduct retrospectives to gather feedback and drive enhancements - Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders - Align expectations between business and technical teams - Manage scope changes and communicate impacts transparently - Stakeholder Communication: - Regularly update leadership and stakeholders - Align expectations between business and technical teams - Communicate transparently about scope changes and their impact - Procurement: - Support procurement of software, services, and hardware - Coordinate with Procurement and other stakeholders as part of the procurement process - Change Management: - Coordinate Change requests and Change tasks with required stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies - Proficiency in tools like Jira and Azure DevOps for tracking sprint progress - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to drive continuous improvements and align cross-functional teams - Experience in change management and procurement processes would be beneficial In conclusion, as a key member of Providence, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of healthcare systems, ensuring effective project management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvements for successful outcomes.,
