Role Overview

You will drive platform development, partner integrations, system scalability, field insights, API governance, CX optimization, and structured delivery excellence while leading and growing a strong product team.

1. End-to-End Issuance Ownership (Onboarding Middleware Rule Engine PAS)

2. Sales Partner Enablement Across All Channels

3. New Partner Onboarding & Existing Partner Enhancements

4. System Integration & Platform Enhancements

5. Production Issue Governance

6. Customer & Advisor Experience (CX) Improvements

7.Channel Management

8. Field Insights & Continuous Process Optimization

9. SDLC Governance & Process Adherence

10. Knowledge Sharing, Documentation & Training

11. Team Leadership & Talent Development

Skills Required

Reusability principles
Strong analytical ability to identify causeeffect relationships in interconnected systems
Deep product thinking with an ability to simplify complex journeys
Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
Leadership skills to mentor, nurture, and grow high-performing teams

Preferred Experience

Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience
Life insurance experience is mandatory
Managing large-scale platforms across multi-channel ecosystems
Experience with Sales-driven digital journeys
Leading transformations across onboarding middleware PAS
Working with banks, agency, brokers, and digital partners
