- Should be well versed with Core Products , Product Launch Process, Lifeasia /Ingenium, IRDAI guidelines, Life Insurance Products
Candidate should be from Life Insurance Domian Only

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Product Launch System Setup Activities:

Analyse product specifications and translate them into actionable system requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all product launches align with regulatory guidelines and adhere products specs/contract.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between Operations, Finance, Actuaries, Product Management, and IT teams.
Facilitate clear communication to address requirements and resolve challenges.
Coordinate with functions for Sign-offs BRD, FSD and UAT.

Business Analysis:

Conduct thorough requirement gathering, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), analysis of Functional Specification Document (FSD), business process flows, managing UAT, and test scenarios/cases.

Domain Expertise:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of life insurance products to provide insights and solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes impacting the life insurance domain.
