Principal Officer

Location:

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AML/KYC policies and ensure compliance with FIU-India and global regulations
• File regulatory reports (STRs, CTRs, CDD,EDD, Transaction monitoring, etc.) with FIU-India
• Conduct risk assessments and update compliance frameworks
• Act as liaison with regulators, banks, and law enforcement agencies
• Lead the Compliance team and ensure best-in-class standards

Qualifications:

• Background in Law, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of

  PMLA, FATF guidelines, FIU reporting

• Hands-on experience with compliance tools (WorldCheck, Sumsub, Travel Rule solutions preferred)
