• 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or startups
• Proven skills in

• Strong background in

• In-depth knowledge of

  Indian labor laws

  and HR compliance
• Excellent

• High integrity and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in

  , or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments (tech, marketing, ops, etc.)
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance reviews
• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
• Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws and internal policies
• Act as a culture champion and support leadership in org development
