Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Kolkata at Cofinex Exchange. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, basic clerical tasks, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (preferred)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus
• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
