Current Opening- Office ManagerCompany - Lok CapitalLocation- Gurgaon (near MG road metro station) About Lok Lok Capital is an impact VC / PE fund investing into start-ups in financial services, health, food and agri and sustainability sectors. Lok was incorporated in 2004 and has successfully raised and deployed three funds into businesses that have improved social impact outcomes by fostering inclusion, affordability and accessibility to underserved segments in India. Job Description General office administration, including managing office supplies, couriers, office stationery (including rubber stamp, notarization, stamp paper etc), Wi-Fi/lease line, co-ordination and managing the housekeeping staff across Lok offices (Gurgaon + Mumbai). Travel arrangements such as air & train tickets, cabs, lodging & boarding, visa, FX, travel insurance and other logistics; including vendor contract & management Coordination with hardware & software vendors for maintenance of office assets, cyber security auditors, data back-up, subscription payments, AMC of office equipment and their renewals. Record keeping, physical verification and maintenance of office assets. Handling of petty cash expenses, reviewing the invoices and co-ordination with finance team for service provider payments. Insurance policies for office assets, GPA, GMC addition / deletion / renewal. Maintenance of attendance, leave & team availability / location data and publishing the same Up-keep of employee master records & KYC documents (ID, address, etc). Providing assistance to senior management in arranging meetings & logistics etc. Assisting in organizing investors meet, team meetings & offsite. Hand pickup/delivery of important office documents. Assisting backend team in submission of documents & returns and follow up with local authorities, banks & other such agencies. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelors degree from reputed university (such as DU)Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills Prior experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar role Eligible candidates may reach out to us at compliance@lokcapital.com at the earliest.
