What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop advanced SRAM, register file, TCAM, and ROM architectures and implement innovative circuit techniques for embedded memory IP.
• Lead schematic entry, simulation of major blocks, layout planning, and supervise layout activities, collaborating closely with the CAD team for full verification and model generation.
• Design and implement low-power, area-efficient embedded memory circuits and architectures, optimizing for performance, power, and area in leading-edge technology nodes.
