Principal Facilities Management

The Head Facility Management will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of all facilities across Welspun Ones logistics and industrial parks portfolio. The role will oversee operations, vendor management, compliance, preventive maintenance, and sustainability initiatives to ensure world-class facility standards. The incumbent will lead regional FM teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term asset value creation

Essential Accountabilities

Key responsibilities Description Facility Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of all sites and facilities.
• Ensure uninterrupted delivery of essential services (utilities, HVAC, power backup, water).
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Take up additional initiatives to monetize the assets as per management directions Vendor & Contract Management
• Manage contracts with FM vendors, service providers, and AMC agencies.
• Drive vendor evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure cost control and service-level compliance. Health, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure facilities comply with statutory, environmental, and safety norms.
• Implement EHS policies in coordination with site teams.

• Conduct audits and drive corrective measures. Customer & Stakeholder Experience

• Ensure smooth facility operations for tenants and internal stakeholders.

• Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly.

• Conduct regular feedback surveys and implement improvements. Sustainability & Cost Optimization

• Implement energy-saving, waste management, and sustainability practices.

• Optimize operating costs without compromising service quality.

• Drive green initiatives across facilities. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and develop regional FM teams for consistent service delivery.

• Conduct training and capability-building programs.

• Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
