Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Search Execution & Talent Mapping

Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping for executive and senior leadership roles
Identify, source, and engage passive candidates using multiple channels
Develop longlists and shortlists aligned with client requirements

Candidate Management

Conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews of senior-level candidates
Assess candidates on leadership capability, culture fit, and role alignment
Manage candidate communication throughout the search lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Partners/Consultants to understand client needs and role specifications
Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and candidate feedback
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client and candidate interactions

Process & Quality Management

Manage multiple searches simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality benchmarks
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within CRM systems
Support offer coordination and closure where required

Preferred candidate profile

3-8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for executive search or senior-level hiring
Proven experience sourcing and closing senior professionals
Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Openness to drive performance across varied industries and domains
