Senior Consultant

Role & responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Project Delivery

• Work on delivery of consulting projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop business cases, and design transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate complex problems into clear, actionable recommendations.

2. Consulting Responsibilities (Advisory)

• Be part of core team to design and implement operating models and business strategies.
• Deliver Process optimization, policy development, and service delivery improvements.
• Work on change management, communication and rollout strategies
• Managing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing interviews and conversations at client side and ensuring timely delivery with optimized resources

3. Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership materials.
• Build strong client relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and senior executives.
