Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to lead our Pavement Design team, responsible for designing and developing innovative pavement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in pavement design and construction.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development of new pavement designs and technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance on design implementation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Analyze data and develop strategies to optimize pavement performance and reduce costs.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in pavement design and construction, with a focus on quality and innovation.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in pavement design and construction.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD design and simulation software.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
