Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents. Maintain vendor and client account statements. Generate daily and monthly financial reports for management review. Ability to implement quality control systems. Undertake structural modeling and detailing of projects. Work with the project engineer to enable delivery of major projects using BIM/CAD software packages. Project setup, family creation, Revit template creation, and project analysis. Read and understand BIM execution plans prior to working on projects, and attend project kickoff meetings. Coordinate with other services and inform the team of any major coordination issues. Ensure full compliance with SSCs CAD/BIM standard. Quality check of the BIM models, coordinate with clients for project and technical discussions Interact with peers on resolving modeling issues. Run clash detection and prepare clash reports. Develop fully coordinated BIM model (with other consultants such as MEP, Arch, faade etc.) Participate in resource management meetings. Attends inter discipline coordination meetings as and when required.
