Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain 3D building models using

BIM software

(Revit).
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers to create

accurate designs

and documentation.
Quality check of the BIM models, coordinate with clients for project and technical discussions
Interact with peers on resolving modeling issues
Review and analyze design models and provide

constructability feedback.
Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
Prepare

BIM models and drawings

for construction and fabrication.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular updates and management of

project data

in the BIM system.
Troubleshoot and solve any issues related to model integrity or accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

BIM Technicians
Experience with

BIM 360

or

Autodesk Construction Cloud
