Your Role:

• Design and build highly scalable, reliable, and available software products
• Collaborate with business and product teams to deliver impactful features
• Model domains, master data, and build flexible software layers
• Drive innovation and best practices in software development
• Mentor and coach junior engineers
• Stay updated on tech trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Java, Golang, NodeJS
• Frontend: React
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB
• Messaging: Kafka
• Integration: REST, SOAP, EDI, SAP, Apache Camel, Mulesoft (bonus!)

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years’ experience in complex SaaS systems at scale
• Expert in multi-tenant, highly configurable software
• Proven track record in leading multiple projects
• System integration expertise (REST, SOAP, EDI)
• Security-first mindset for web/app delivery

• Do you have 8+ years of backend development experience using Java, including strong expertise with Spring Boot and microservices?
• Do you have hands-on experience with system integration using RPC protocols such as REST, SOAP, or EDI?
• Have you worked with any of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or MongoDB, preferably in a product company or startup environment?
